Paris Café XVII, French Landscape Painting

Paris Café XVII

The weather will warm up soon, and it will be nice to sit outside a cafe in Paris.  When I think of the springtime in Paris, I start hearing this song in the back of my mind...

Every time I look down on this timeless town / Whether blue or gray be her skies / Whether loud be her cheers, or whether soft be her tears / More and more do I realize that / I love Paris in the springtime / I love Paris in the fall / I love Paris in the summer when it sizzles / I love Paris in the winter when it drizzles / I love Paris every moment / Every moment of the year / I love Paris, why or why do I love Paris / Because my love is there.    (I Love Paris written by Cole Porter)

Stunning watercolors Keiko! We're heading to Paris last week in April, and I'm excited to see your posts of it. When were you there?

Candy, thank you for your comment. The last time I was in Paris was the summer of 08. You have a wonderful trip!
