I'm posting this painting again on my blog but this is the first time to introduce it to those of you who came via Daily Painters Gallery -- thank you for visiting (Read
previous post).
A couple who lives in San Diego contacted me earlier this week about this painting. The lady told me that they were going to celebrate their wedding anniversary very soon. She then said, "You have captured the romance that we have always felt since our first walk through Seaport Village." I hope she'll forgive me for quoting her but these words were so sweet I couldn't help sharing the love they have nurtured over the years.
Happy Anniversary, C&K! It is my greatest honor that my art is going to be part of your special occasion. Here's to many more years!
"Life has taught us that love does not consist in gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction." -- Antoine de Saint-Exupery
